Health Insurance
If your health insurance covers acupuncture, you will be given a receipt in order to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. Please contact your health insurance company prior to treatment to determine your eligibility.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made during clinic office hours at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Patients canceling the same day of treatment or missing their appointment will be charged a $25 fee. Cancellations due to weather or emergencies are excused if you call prior to your appointment.
